PINEHURST, N.C. - The Kalamazoo College men's golf team finished second behind Sandhills Community College at Pinewild Country Club on Monday.
Sandhills shot 313 while Kalamazoo shot 318.
Jackson Jones led all players with a 75.
Travis Veenhuis (80), Nick Ludka (81), and Parker Pickell (82) rounded out the top four in the Hornets' second round outside this spring.
Kalamazoo returns to action April 8 with the Steven Tyler Intercollegiate at The Moors in Portage, Mich.
