SOUTHERN PINES, N.C. - The Kalamazoo College men's golf team was defeated 5.5-0.5 by The College of Wooster in rainy weather at a match play event Wednesday at Talamore Golf Resort.
MacKale McGuire won hole 18 to halve the match in the sixth position.
Alec Rosenbaum's match in the second position also came down to hole No. 18, with the Hornet coming up one stroke behind.
The Hornets are scheduled to compete next at the Great Lakes Intercollegiate hosted by Rose-Hulman March 25-26 in Indiana.
