ADRIAN, Mich. – The Kalamazoo College men's soccer team traveled to Adrian looking for revenge. The Bulldogs of Adrian College stole a 2-1 victory at MacKenzie Field on Sept. 17. 110 minutes of soccer could not yield a goal as Kalamazoo and Adrian battled to a scoreless tie at Docking Stadium on Oct. 15.

The Hornets outshot the Bulldogs 16-9 in the contest. Freshman defender Noah Bushaw fired three shots with one of them hitting target. Five Hornets took two shots.

The Hornets also held a 10-5 advantage in corner kicks.

As a team, Kalamazoo put nine of its 16 shots on target. All nine were saved by Adrian goalkeeper Niko Giantsopoulous.

Kalamazoo junior goalkeeper Beau Prey played all 110 minutes of shutout soccer recording one save in the process.

With the draw, Kalamazoo now sits alone in fourth place in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA). For complete standings, please use this link.
