The Kalamazoo College men's soccer team was defeated 2-0 at home on Saturday night by Olivet. The Hornets are now 3-4-2 this season, and 1-2-1 in MIAA conference play.
The Hornets had the majority of offensive opportunities in the game, as they got off four more shots on goal than the Comets, (7-3). Despite Kalamazoo's offensive opportunities they weren't able to slip one past Olivet's keeper.
The game was very physical throughout with Olivet drawing four yellow cards and Kalamazoo drawing one. Noah Bushaw was an offensive bright spot for the Hornets with four shots on goal.
Kalamazoo will look to get back on track Wednesday, Oct. 1 when they face conference opponent Alma on the road.
