The Kalamazoo College men's soccer team completed an undefeated week in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Saturday afternoon as it recorded another blowout victory, this time a 5-0 win against Olivet College.

Cal Kirchen continued his good form Saturday afternoon as he got the Hornets on the board in the 19th minute of play. After a Thomas Bryant goal in the 39th minute, Kirchen struck again in the 40th minute, giving him nine total goals on the season and five goals in the past two games.

Joshua Robison scored K's fourth goal of the first half in the 42nd minute on a Collin Sweet assist.

Closing out the scoring in the second half for Kalamazoo was Thomas Bryant once again. He was assisted by Kirchen and it was Bryant's fifth goal of the year.

Griffin Hamel recorded five saves in goal for Kalamazoo and earned his fourth clean sheet of the season.

With the win, Kalamazoo now sits at 7-2-0 in the MIAA and will hit the road this Wednesday for a short trip down I-94 to play Albion College. Kickoff is set for 4 p.m.
