KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College men's soccer team defeated Trine University on Wednesday evening by a final score of 1-0.
Sophomore Alex Wallace found the back of the net in the 20th minute for what ended up being the lone goal of the match. Freshman Travis Barclay assisted on the play.
The Hornets outshot the Thunder 19-6 throughout the game and held a 6-3 advantage in shots on goal.
Freshman Sean Ellis tallied three saves in his third solo clean sheet of the season.
The Hornets return to play on Saturday, Oct. 19 when they host Alma at 4:30 p.m. on Homecoming.
