Four members of the Kalamazoo College men's swimming and diving teams were recognized with All-MIAA honors on Monday.

Dylan Shearer, a senior from Milan, Mich. (Milan HS), was selected for the fourth consecutive year. Shearer finished second in the 50 freestyle and 200 breaststroke at the MIAA Championships and third in the 100 breaststroke. He was also a member of the MIAA champion 200 freestyle relay team and was named MIAA Swimmer of the Week during the second week of the season.

Kevin Ewing, Jake Lindquist and Will Guedes were each selected for the third time in their careers.

Ewing, a junior from Deerfield, Ill. (Deerfield HS), is a four-time MIAA champion who finished third in the 400 individual medley at this year's conference meet. Lindquist, a junior from Lake Orion, Mich. (Lake Orion HS), is a previous MIAA champion who was a member of this year's championship 200 freestyle relay team. Guedes, a senior from Brasilia, Brazil (John Adams HS, South Bend, Ind.), won both 1M and 3M diving events and was named the league's most valuable diver.

Shearer, Lindquist and Ewing each achieved "B" cuts which is also a factor in determining the team.

Kalamazoo College finished second as a team at the recent championship meet. Guedes is competing at the NCAA III Diving Regionals in Chicago this coming weekend.
