Lindquist leads Men's Swimming & Diving on Friday

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College men's swimming & diving team is in fourth place with one day remaining at the MIAA Championships hosted by Calvin. The Hornets have 366 points and trail Hope by just 23 points for third place.

Jake Lindquist led Kalamazoo on Friday with a second place finish in the 100 breaststroke. He recorded an NCAA "B" time of :56.42 in the finals after going :56.08 in prelims.

Kevin Ewing finished third in the 100 backstroke with a time of :51.10.

The 200 medley relay team of Ewing, Lindquist, Jake Wasko and Josh Claassens finished third with a "B" time of 1:32.15.
