GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The 2020 MIAA Championships continued Friday at Calvin.
Brenden French had the top finish for the Hornets on Friday coming in second in the 100 Breaststroke with an NCAA B-cut time of :55.97.
The 200 Medley Relay team finished third with a time of 1:33.65 (Tyler Sakalys-Moore, Brenden French, Ben Keith, Grant Stille).
Matt Howrey came in fourth in the 400 IM with a time of 4:07.95. Ben Keith finished fifth in the 100 Butterfly at :50.96.
Kalamazoo is in fourth place with 366.5 points through Friday's events.
The championships continue through Saturday with swimming prelims each morning at 10 a.m. and finals in the evening at 5:30 p.m.
