KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College men's tennis team clinched at least a share of the 2019 MIAA championship with a 9-0 win over Albion at Stowe Stadium on Saturday.
Kalamazoo swept the three doubles matches before winning all six singles matches in straight sets.
Ian Yi and Daniel Henry won 8-0 at one doubles. Zack Ray and Allen Vinson won at two while Tytus Metzler and Alex Cadigan won at three.
Yi (1), Henry (2), Metzler (3), Vinson (4), Casey Johnson (5), and Cadigan (6) all won in straight sets. Yi and Johnson did not lose a game.
Kalamazoo looks to win the conference outright at Alma on Wednesday, April 24.
