GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College men's cross country team ran at the Calvin Knight Invite on Saturday, Sept. 14. The Hornets placed 26th.
Sophomore Alexander Townsend crossed the finish line in 27 minutes and 44 seconds in the eight-kilometer race. Freshman Cory Gyulveszi finished with a time of 28:57. Freshman Dave Demarest was the third Hornet to finish with a time of 29:26.
Kalamazoo returns to action in two weeks, Sept. 28, for an MIAA Jamboree at Adrian.
