HILLSDALE, Mich. – The Kalamazoo College men's cross country team competed at the Michigan Intercollegiate Friday afternoon hosted by Hillsdale College.
Jackson Kelly led the Hornets in the 4K race with a time of 12:34.3 and a second place overall finish.
David Demarest and Andrew Kaylor also broke 13 minutes as they crossed the finish line with times of 12:51.6 and 12:54.9, respectively.
Caleb Patton finished fourth for Kalamazoo with a time of 13:30.2, while Nick Angerman rounded out the top five with a 13:37.3 race.
Kalamazoo will take the week to recover before traveling to the Inter-Regional Rumble in Oberlin, Ohio on Oct. 15.
