The Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) has recognized the Kalamazoo College women's basketball program for its efforts in the classroom during 2015-16. The WBCA Academic Top 25 annually recognizes NCAA I, II and III, NAIA, and junior/community college women's basketball teams across the nation that carry the highest combined grade point average inclusive of all student-athletes on their rosters for the entire season.
As a team, the Hornets carried a 3.555 cumulative grade point average during the 2015-16 season - ranked No. 11 among Division III institutions.
