ALBION, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College women's basketball team was defeated 85-42 in MIAA play at Albion College Wednesday night.
The Hornets fell behind early and were unable to get on track as they trailed 50-19 at halftime.
Albion shot 47.8 percent overall while holding Kalamazoo to 34.1 percent. The Britons also rebounded the Hornets 40-31, including 18-11 on the offensive end.
Ruby Hogan led Kalamazoo with 10 points.
Taylor Dinda scored eight points. Jackie Brines finished with seven points. Jordan Wesaw added six points with five rebounds.
Kalamazoo returns home to face Olivet on Saturday, Dec. 9, at 1 p.m.
