The Kalamazoo College women's lacrosse team and three players were recognized with academic honors from the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) on Wednesday.
The 2019 Kalamazoo College women's lacrosse team was recognized as an IWLCA Zag Sports Academic Honor Squad by posting a 3.0 or higher team GPA for the 2018-19 academic year.
Three individuals were recognized as members of the IWLCA Zag Sports Division III Academic Honor Roll: Georgie Andrews, Amanda Moss, and Maddie Odom. To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student with a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or greater.
The Kalamazoo College women's lacrosse team finished fifth in the MIAA with a 4-4 record this spring.
