ALMA, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College women's soccer team won 4-1 at Alma College on Saturday.

Josie Sibley scored Kalamazoo's first goal six minutes into the contest.

Libby Munoz scored goals in the 13th and 25th minutes while Alma scored its only goal in the 25th minute.

Kai Ketola made it a 4-1 game with a goal in the 72nd minute.

Kalamazoo outshot Alma 21-11, including 10-4 on goal.

Hannah Wolfe was credited with three saves in goal for the Hornets.

"I was proud of our start today," said Coach Bryan Goyings. "Being able to get three goals in the first half was really important. Josie Sibley was excellent throughout the match. Using this week to prepare for the conference tournament will be key to making sure we are at our best when it means the most."

Kalamazoo returns home to face Elmhurst on Tuesday, Oct. 23 at 7 p.m.
