MILWAUKEE, Wis. - The Kalamazoo College women's soccer team opened its season at the Milwaukee School of Engineering and played to a scoreless draw with the Raiders.

The Hornets outshot MSOE 17-14 on the day. Kalamazoo had 12 shots on goal compared to the Raiders' six.

Hannah Wolfe played all 90 minutes in goal for Kalamazoo and made six saves.

Both Libby Munoz and Josie Sibley put three shots on net for Kalamazoo.

Head coach Bryan Goyings said, "I thought it was a solid start to the season. As a unit, the team did a fantastic job of limiting the opponent's chances. The collective effort by the group was excellent and hopefully something we can build off of."

The Hornets return to action on Saturday, Aug. 31 at Carthage College at 6 p.m.
