KALAMAZOO, Mich. - Kalamazoo College's Nicki Bailey's big week has now been capped off with her third Hornet of the Week recognition of the season from the Athletic Leadership Council.
The sophomore from Grand Rapids, Mich. (Forest Hills Central HS), won both the one meter and three meter boards in Kalamazoo's meet with Alma.
Bailey had scores of 280.26 and 276.45 on the one and three meter boards respectively. Her score on the three meter was a new school record.
Both of Bailey's scores this week were NCAA regional qualifiers.
Bailey was also honored by the MIAA as the Diver of the week.
Kalamazoo is back in action at Olivet on Feb. 1 and at Calvin on Feb. 2.
