UNIVERSITY CENTER, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College women's swimming & diving team lost 154-89 at Saginaw Valley State University in the first dual meet of the season.
Kalamazoo's event winners included the 200 Medley Relay (Misra, Tenniswood, Roberts, Radermacher - 1:52.46), Kate Haywood (50 free - :26.11), and the 200 Free Relay (Radermacher, Misra, Richter, Trimble - 1:42.19).
Camille Misra (100 Free - :56.07), Molly Roberts (100 Fly - 1:02.73), Olivia Anderson (100 Back - 1:01.82), and Eve Petrie (3M Diving - 186.90) finished second.
Third-place finishers included Erin Radermacher (200 Free - 2:00.54), Olivia Anderson (200 IM - 2:22.19), Eve Petrie (1M Diving - 197.45), Mary Trimble (500 Free - 5:30.67), and Katie Rock (100 Breast - 1:17.49).
The Hornets are back in action at the MIAA Relays Oct. 25 at Calvin.
