KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College women's swimming and diving team was defeated 169-123 at home on Saturday.
The Hornets won six events on Saturday, led by Mary Trimble in the 1000 Free (11:09.26) and 500 Free (5:25.03), Camille Misra in the 100 Back (1:00.17) and 200 Back (2:17.61), Sam Vande Pol in 1-meter diving (237.90), and Eve Petrie in 3-meter diving (246.37).
Second-place finishers included Farah Ghazal in the 200 Free (2:06.99), Katie Larick in the 200 Fly (2:27.52), Kate Haywood in the 50 Free (26.51), Eve Petrie in 1-meter diving (229.27), Sarah Densham in 3-meter diving (229.57), and the 200 Free Relay in 1:43.51 (Camille Misra, Kelsey Logsdon, Ava Williams, Mary Trimble).
Kalamazoo is back in action Dec. 2-4 at the Carthage Classic.
