KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College women's swimming and diving team defeated Olivet 136-53 and fell to Hope 178-51 in an MIAA Tri-Meet on Friday (Oct. 27) in the Natatorium.
The Hornets had one event winner on the day as the 400 Free Relay team (Olivia Bagwell, Anni Schnell, Ava Williams, Frannie Turner) had a time of 3:56.33. Olivia Bagwell also had the lone second-place finish for Kalamazoo in the 100 Fly at 1:03.04.
Kalamazoo had several third and fourth-place finishes, including:
Hailey Yoder (Third in 500 Free): 5:55.25
200 Medley Relay (Jess Dant, Mary Muenzenmaier, Elizabeth Muenzenmaier, Kelsey Logsdon): Fourth at 2:03.09
Hailey Yoder (Fourth in 1000 Free): 12:19.76
Frannie Turner (Fourth in 100 Fly): 1:05.31
Mary Muenzenmaier (Fourth in 100 Breast): 1:13.65
The Hornets are scheduled to host a dual against DePauw on Friday (Nov. 3) at 5 p.m.
