GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College women's swimming and diving team split dual meets at Calvin on Saturday. The Hornets defeated Olivet 164-56 but fell 147-90 to Calvin.
Anni Schnell took first place in the 200 Freestyle with a time of 2:02.78.
Sofie Santos won the 3-meter Dive with a score of 177.45. Becca Zoetewey won the 1-meter event with a score of 172.64.
Kalamazoo won the 200 Free Relay with a time of 1:46.57 (Frannie Turner, Jackie Stoddard, Kelsey Logsdon, Olivia Bagwell).
Second-place finishers were the 400 Medley Relay (Frannie Turner, Mary Muenzenmaier, Anni Schnell, Ava Williams, 4:23.57), Jackie Stoddard (50 Free, :26.13), Sofie Santos (1M, 163.57) and Becca Zoetewey (3M, 173.35).
Third-place finishers included Olivia Bagwell (50 Free, :26.72 and 100 Free, :57.47). Sophie Schwartz (1M, 141.52 and 3M, 151.42), Anni Schnell (200 Back, 2:23.66), Ava Williams (500 Free, 5:47.22) and Mary Muenzenmaier (200 Breast, 2:41.38).
Kalamazoo returns home to host Alma in a dual meet on Saturday, Feb. 3, at 1 p.m.
