Women's Tennis wins 9-0 over Alma

LANSING, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College women's tennis team defeated Alma College 9-0 in Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association play at The MAC in Lansing on Monday.

Kalamazoo won all three doubles flights despite Head Coach Mark Murphy deviating from his normal doubles lineup. Senior Kelsey Moran and junior Olivia Bouchard picked up an 8-5 victory at first doubles. Sophomore Ania Latala and freshman Sabrina Dass won 8-1 at second doubles while freshman Siani Johnson and junior Carrie Foura blanked Alma 8-0 at third doubles.

In singles, Kalamazoo surrendered five games or less in all of the six flights. 

Kalamazoo returns home to face Calvin on Wednesday, April 9 at 4 p.m.
