HOLLAND, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College women's tennis season came to an end in a 5-0 loss at Hope in the MIAA Tournament championship on Friday.
Hope won 8-2, 8-5, 8-1 in doubles before winning in straight sets at two and three singles.
Caroline Norton and Ella Knight had won their first sets at four and five singles, respectively, before the match was decided.
Kalamazoo finishes the season 12-8 overall. The Hornets finished second in the MIAA with a 7-1 league record.
