ALLENDALE, Mich. - Members of the Kalamazoo College women's cross country team competed at Grand Valley State University's Al Owens Classic track and field meet on Friday.
Kalamazoo runners competed in the 800 Meter Run, the 1500 Meter Run and the 5000 Meter Run.
Paige Anderson finished 25th in the 800 Meter Run with a time of 2:27.58. Maddie Hanulcik came in 38th at 2:35.41.
Anderson also led the Hornets in the 1500 Meter Run, finishing 18th at 4:52.78. Alison Hankins came in 21st at 4:55.84.
Anna Varitek recorded the top time in the 5000 Meter Run, finishing 14th with a time of 18:29.27. Elise Elliot finished 30th at 19:38.01.
Kalamazoo runners are scheduled to compete next on April 29 at the Davenport Invite.
