Sam Miller joined the Kalamazoo College men's basketball program prior to the start of the 2015-16 season.
Before joining the Hornets' coaching staff, Miller worked as a basketball operations assistant from 2013 to 2014 for the Erie Bayhawks, the NBA Development League affiliate of the New York Knicks. His duties with the Bayhawks included video coordination, on-court player development and opponent scouting among other aspects of the team's operations.
Miller earned his bachelor's degree from Adrian College while playing for the Bulldogs from 2006 to 2008. He also earned his master's in coaching sport performance in 2013 while serving as a graduate assistant for the Western Michigan University men's basketball coaching staff.
Miller currently resides in Kalamazoo.
