Madeline Dugan joined the Kalamazoo College women's lacrosse coaching staff during the summer of 2015.
Madeline is a 2014 graduate of Adrian College where she earned a degree in criminal justice and was a four year member of the women’s lacrosse team. The Rochester Hills, Mich. native had a great career at Adrian as an attacker with 103 career goals and also making the NCAA III tournament all four years. Dugan was named to the All-MIAA squad twice in her career- First Team in 2014 and Second Team in 2013. Dugan comes to Kalamazoo College after serving as the assistant coach at Wartburg College in 2014-15. She has also worked for the Detroit Coyotes club in Michigan.
