LAKE FOREST, Ill. - The Kalamazoo College women's tennis team lost 8-1 at Lake Forest College in a non-conference match Friday night.
The Forresters were ranked No. 17 in the region while the Hornets entered at No. 18.
Lake Forest swept the three doubles matches before winning five of the six singles matches.
Caroline Norton won 4-6, 7-6, 10-7 at three singles.
Lake Forest won in three sets at four and five.
Kalamazoo is back in action Saturday with a non-confernce match at Wheaton College.
