A senior from Farmington Hills, Mich. (Orchard Lake St. Mary's HS), Bean hit .643 with nine hits in 14 at-bats with three doubles, four home runs, 16 RBIs, three walks and three stolen bases.
Bean had at least one hit in each of the four games, including multiple hits in three games, and at least one extra-base hit in each game.
In a 15-1 win on Sunday, Bean went 3-for-3 with three home runs, eight RBIs and four runs scored. His three home runs and eight RBIs were both school records.
