KALAMAZOO, Mich. - Bubba Wilson of the Kalamazoo College football team was honored by the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee as this week's Hornet of the Week.
Bubba had a career day receiving for the Hornets last Saturday against Olivet. The freshman's marks of nine catches and 108 receiving yards were both career-highs. He also scored his third touchdown of the season.
He now leads the team in many statistical categories including catches (28), yards (316), yards per game (39.5), and touchdowns (3).
Next up for Wilson and the Hornets is a match-up with Hope on Saturday, Nov. 9. The team's final home game is scheduled to kick-off at 1 p.m.
