Brent White joined the Kalamazoo College football coaching staff during the summer of 2022. He currently assists the program as an offensive analyst.
Coach White was the assistant head coach and offensive coordinator at Muskegon High School from 2010-20. During that time, the team competed for seven state championships and won once in 2017 with a team that scored the most points (722) by a Class A team in MHSAA history. After the 2014 season, Coach White was named the MHSFCA Assistant Coach of the Year. In addition, he coached three Michigan High School Player of the Year award winners and had another two runner-ups.
Coach White has had three other coaching stops in his career, including the West Michigan Ironmen from the professional indoor football league from 2016-18 as the offensive coordinator. The team competed for a league championship in two of his three seasons, winning it in 2018. He was also the offensive coordinator at Grand Haven High School from 2008-09 and Holton High School from 2003-07. In addition, Coach White was an offensive lineman for Muskegon High School until he graduated in 2003.
Currently, Coach White lives in Muskegon, Michigan, with his wife, Tatyana, and is the Dean of Students and Muskegon High School. He recently graduated from American Public University with a bachelor's degree in human behavior and family studies this past year.
