GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College men's golf team posted the lowest score of the four teams at the MIAA Spring Qualifier at Watermark Country Club on Saturday.
Kalamazoo shot 307 as a team. Hope followed at 310, Trine 311, and Calvin 313.
Nick Ludka led all golfers with a 2-under 70.
Jackson Jones (77), Mathew Holmes-Hackerd (79), and Travis Veenhuis (81) rounded out the top four for the Hornets.
The team with the lowest score after three rounds advances to the NCAA III Championships. The final two rounds are scheduled for April 26 and 27 at Wuskowhan Players Club in West Olive, Mich., just north of Holland.
