WEST OLIVE, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College men's golf team finished third at the season's first MIAA Jamboree hosted by Hope at Wuskowhan on Monday.
Kalamazoo shot 309 overall, three strokes behind Hope for second place and 13 strokes out of first place (Trine). The Hornets were five strokes ahead of Adrian in fourth place.
Jackson Jones tied for ninth overall while leading Kalamazoo with a 74. Zach Colburn shot 75 followed by Parker Pickell's 76.
Mathew Holmes-Hackerd rounded out the top four with an 84.
Kalamazoo is back in action Friday and Saturday at the Irish Hills Intercollegiate hosted by Adrian at The Grande in Jackson.
