Parker Pickell was named SAAC (Student-Athlete Advisory Committee) Men's Hornet of the Week on Tuesday.
Parker was fifth overall with a 73 at an MIAA Jamboree hosted by Calvin last week. His score helped lead the Hornets to a third-place finish with a team score of 311.
On the season, Parker is averaging 72.3 overall and 71.7 in conference play.
This is Parker's third SAAC Men's Hornet of the Week honor this season.
The men's golf team is scheduled to be back in action Wednesday, Oct. 13 at Olivet before finishing the fall at Alma Friday and Saturday.
