GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College men's soccer team was defeated by No. 4 Calvin on Saturday night by a score of 6-0.
The teams played the first 36 minutes of the match without a score, but Calvin struck with three goals in the final 10 minutes of the half to get out to the lead.
The Knights added three more goals in the first 20 minutes of the second half to put the Hornets away.
The Hornets were able to put four of their five shots on net, but could not connect for a score.
Kalamazoo will finish up its regular season schedule on Tuesday, Oct. 23 when they play host to Olivet. The match is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m.
