Christopher DeVito joined the Kalamazoo College men's soccer coaching staff before the 2022 season.
Coach DeVito joined the coaching staff after playing on the Kalamazoo men's soccer team for the last four seasons. Entering as a goalkeeper, he eventually switched to the forward position and scored his first collegiate goal in his final season. Coach DeVito was also one of the captains for the Hornets in his last season when Kalamazoo made the MIAA Tournament Championship game and experienced an NCAA Tournament berth in his junior season. He also played one season at Florida Gulf Coast before transferring for the 2018 season. In addition, coach DeVito was selected as the vice president of SAAC in his junior year and had the opportunity to play overseas in South Africa during the team's summer trip.
In addition to working with the men's soccer team, coach DeVito also works with the TKO Premier Soccer Club goalkeepers and youth soccer clubs in the Kalamazoo area. During the summer of 2022, he was the goalkeeper coach and film analyst for the Kalamazoo FC USL-W team.
Originally from the Miami, Fla. area and currently living in Kalamazoo, coach DeVito is working on obtaining his US Soccer D-License. He graduated from Kalamazoo with a bachelor's degree in psychology in 2022.
