The Kalamazoo College men's swimming and diving team competed in two events on the opening night of the Calvin Winter Invitational on Thursday.
The Hornets finished eight in the 800 Free Relay with a time of 7:10.47 (Heidel, Fisher, Wasko, Lindsay).
In the 1650 Freestyle, Michael Allen finished ninth (16:50.44), Alex Lindsay was 10th (16:55.68), and Jay Daniels followed in 11th place (16:57.76).
The meet continues Friday and Saturday.
