KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College swimming and diving teams hosted the Kalamazoo Quad with Davenport, DePauw and Hope Friday and Saturday, Nov. 5-6. Kalamazoo finished third at the meet.
Friday's Results
Zach Butters had Kalamazoo's top finish on Friday taking first place in the 500 Freestyle with a time of 4:55.28.
The 400 Medley Relay finished third with a time of 3:41.51 (Andre Fouque, JJ Horsfield, Ben Pickrel, Tim Karubas).
A sixth-place finish by the 200 Free Relay with a time of 1:32.70 was the third top finish of the night (Ben Pickrel, JJ Horsfield, Alden Ehrhardt, Jackson Rysavy).
Saturday's Early Results
Andre Fouque tied for first in the 100 Backstroke with a time of :55.57.
Luke Middlebrook finished second on the 3-meter board with a score of 166.65.
Ben Pickrel finished third in the 400 IM with a time of 4:28.04. Zach Butters also had a third-place finish in the 200 Freestyle (1:49.29).
Saturday's Late Results
Zach Butters won the 1650 Freestyle with a time of 17:17.91.
Luke Middlebrook finished second on the 1-meter board with a score of 164.55.
Ben Pickrel finished third in the 200 Butterfly at 2:02.92.

Kalamazoo is scheduled to compete next at Calvin on Nov. 12 followed by a home meet with Albion on Nov. 13.
