ADRIAN - The Kalamazoo College men's cross country team finished eighth at the MIAA Jamboree hosted by Adrian College on Saturday.
Alexander Townsend finished 52nd overall to lead Kalamazoo with a time of 29:02.
Andrew Kaylor (29:58). Cory Gyulveszi (30:05), David Demarest (30:43), and Colin Lauderdale (31:21) rounded out the top five for the Hornets.
Kalamazoo returns to action on Oct. 11 with the Michigan Intercollegiates hosted by Hillsdale.
