The Kalamazoo College men's cross country team finished eighth at the Wayne State Warrior Challenge on Friday.
Garrick Hohm led the Hornets with a time of 29:34 to finish 98th overall.
Keegan Hughes came in 112th at 32:20.
The cross country teams are scheduled to compete at the Knight-Raider Invite next Saturday, Sept. 18 in Grand Rapids.
Coach's Comments
-On the men's side we're young and that was every runner's first 8K race. We have room to improve and gain on Adrian in the conference race.
