GRAND RAPIDS - The Kalamazoo College softball team lost its final two games of the season at Aquinas College on Sunday, 15-0 and 11-2.
The host Saints scored in each of their four innings including an eight-run third inning. Aquinas finished the game with 19 hits while holding Kalamazoo without a hit.
Aquinas led 2-1 after the first inning of the second game before adding a run in the second and three in the third. The Saints extended the lead with five more runs in the fifth while Kalamazoo scored its second run in the bottom of the fifth.
Aquinas had 10 hits in the game compared to five for Kalamazoo.
Megan Malish was 2-for-2. Dana Page had a double while Madeline Sinkovich and Rachel Epstein each had a single.
