Women's Lacrosse Earns IWLCA Academic Honors

The Kalamazoo College women's lacrosse team and 11 players were recognized with academic honors from the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) on Tuesday.

The 2021 Kalamazoo College women's lacrosse team was recognized as an IWLCA Academic Honor Squad by posting a 3.0 or higher team GPA for the 2020-21 academic year.

Eleven individuals were recognized as members of the IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll: Lilly Baumann, Rose Bogard, Gwen Davis, Emme DeConinck, Bekah Halley, Alli Klinger, Rachel MadarJordan ReichenbachLily Rogowski, Leah Tardiff, and Hannah Wolfe.

To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student with a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or greater.

The Kalamazoo College women's lacrosse team finished fifth in the MIAA with a 3-4 league record this spring. The Hornets were 6-8 overall.
