The Kalamazoo College women's soccer team won 10-1 at Albion on Saturday. Kalamazoo led 4-0 at halftime.
C.J. McCarthy led the Hornets with four goals, including three in the second half.
Jackie Short scored two first half goals and assisted on a goal in the second half.
Stephanie Verbeek and Bjargey Olafsson each had a goal and an assist. Emily Gray and Jordan Lewis each scored once. Sam Voss had one assist.
Rachel Dandar was credited with three assists while Maya Smolcic had two assists.
Kalamazoo outshot Albion 39-3 overall, including 24-3 on goal.
Meredith Miles made two saves in goal for the Hornets (3-2, 1-1 MIAA).
Kalamazoo returns home to host Adrian on Wednesday, Sept. 19 at 7 p.m.
