The 2020-21 Kalamazoo College women's soccer team was recognized by the United Soccer Coaches on Thursday as one of 382 collegiate women's teams to earn the Team Academic Award. It is the ninth consecutive year the Hornets have earned this award. The Hornet men's team also earned the award this year making Kalamazoo College one of less than 100 colleges or universities to earn both awards.

The award is given to soccer teams who posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher during the 2020-21 academic year.

Kalamazoo carried a 3.69 GPA collectively throughout the school year.

The team's GPA also earned an MIAA Team GPA Award last year by achieving a 3.30 or better GPA.

The 2020-21 Kalamazoo College women's soccer team finished 6-3 overall and 4-2 in MIAA contests during the COVID-shortened spring season. The Hornets advanced to the MIAA Tournament championship game.
