KALAMAZOO, Mich. - Eve Petrie of the Kalamazoo College women's swimming and diving team was honored on Monday afternoon by the MIAA as the Diver of the Week.
Petrie, a sophomore from East Lansing, Mich. (East Lansing HS), began her season with a pair of top-3 finishes against Saginaw Valley State University.
Petrie finished second in the 3-meter dive with a score of 186.90 and tallied a 197.45 in the one-meter dive to place third in the event.
As a freshman, Petrie posted top scores of 382.25 in the 1M at the 2019 MIAA Championships and 378.67 in the 3M in a dual meet against Calvin.
The Kalamazoo swimming and diving teams will be back in action on Friday, Oct. 25 at the MIAA Relays at Calvin.
