Kalamazoo College Athletics

KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee announced on Tuesday that Camille Misra of the women's swimming and diving team has been named Hornet of the Week. 

Camille had a big week for Kalamazoo as she finished first in three of four events and placed second in the final event. 

The freshman won the 100 Backstroke and 400 Freestyle with times of 1:00.44 and :55.86, respectively. She also led off the 400 Freestyle Relay team that touched the wall first and the Medley Relay team that was a second-place finisher.

Misra was also the recipient of the MIAA's Swimmer of the Week for her strong performance.
