HOLLAND, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College women's tennis team competed at the Hope Invitational Friday and Saturday.
Caroline Norton and Ella Knight advanced to the semifinals of the "B" Doubles draw before falling 8-3 to Johns/LaBarge (Hope). The pair then defeated Becker/Carney (Saint Mary's) 8-6 to finish in third place.
Kalamazoo's Sonal Bahl and Bella Russo won the "A" doubles backdraw with two wins on Saturday.
The women's tennis team hosts the ITA Central Regionals Sept. 21-24.
