KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College volleyball team lost to Adrian in five sets at home on Monday. Kalamazoo won the first and third sets while Adrian won sets two, four, and five. Adrian won 22-25, 25-23, 22-25, 25-20, 15-7.
The visiting Bulldogs hit .189 in the match compared to .115 by the Hornets.
Lindsey Nedd led Kalamazoo with 16 kills. Ashley Rill had 10 kills with 10 digs.
Megan Williams and Madi Goodman each had seven kills. Williams also had 14 digs. MacKenzy Maddock finished with six kills.
Rorie Dougherty led the team with 42 assists to go with 10 digs. Taylor Ferguson led the Hornets with 28 digs.
Kalamazoo is scheduled to be back in action on Wednesday, April 7 at Olivet.
