SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The Kalamazoo College women's cross country team finished fourth at the MIAA Championships hosted by Saint Mary's College on Friday.
Rachael Gallap finished ninth overall to lead the Hornets with a time of 22:55. Gallap's finish earned her All-MIAA Second team honors for the second time in her career.
Anna Varitek came in 18th at 23:31. Paige Anderson followed in 22nd at 23:42 while Alison Hankins was 27th at 24:12.
Annalise Bailey (61st), Grace McGlynn (68th), and Aliza Garcia (73rd) rounded out the top seven for the Hornets.
Hannah Schurman finished 75th, Haleigh Nower (98th), and Mart Klenke (123rd).
Next up is the NCAA III Great Lakes Regional scheduled for Nov. 13 in Shelbyville, Ind.
