Women's Golf Competes at Trine

Angola, Ind. - The Kalamazoo College women's golf team placed eighth at the first MIAA Jamboree of the season on Saturday, hosted by Trine.

The Hornets finished at 365 as a team and placed behind Olivet and Adrian, who ended in a tie for sixth place. 

Darby Scott led the team and shot 78. Sydney Pickell came in second for the Hornets with an 86.  

Ella Szczublewski (91), Kate Stover (110) and Erin Perkins (127) rounded out scoring for Kalamazoo. 

The Hornets return to action on March 30 when Saint Mary's hosts the second MIAA Jamboree at Knollwood.
